Dr. Pamela White brings a rare depth of experience and dedication to PKW Tutoring Services, shaped by 34 years as an educator with Orange County Public Schools and a lifelong commitment to student success. 

Since 2008, she has led PKW Tutoring Services with a personalized, results‑driven approach that recognizes every child learns differently. She is fully certified in Elementary Education, Math, ESE, ESOL, and Reading (K–12).

As a Step Up For Reading Approved provider, she is trusted by families to deliver high‑quality instruction that builds skills, confidence, and lasting academic growth. Her mission is simple yet powerful: identify how each child learns best—and guide them toward meaningful, measurable improvement.
